السعي إلى تأويل الحكم الشرعي بدلا من رفضه، وطبيعة الواقع الذي قد يتعذر فيه تطبيق بعض أحكام الشريعة، وتسرب هذه المفاهيم إلى الإسلاميين، هي تحديات عميقة ومتجددة على المشروع الإسلامي، يجب أن تأخذ حقها بعلم وعدل، لأن المشروع الإسلامي يستمد قوته وعمقه في المجتمعات المسلمة من انطلاقه من الإسلام وأحكامه، وبقدر ما يبتعد عن ذلك بقدر ما يتخلى عن ميزته وخاصيته، فلا معنى لبقائه (مشروعا إسلاميا) وهو قد تخلى عنه، وهذا ما دفع بعض الإسلاميين ليطالب بإعادة التقسيم بدلا من ثنائية إسلامي وغير إسلامي، إلى وطني وغير وطني، أو إصلاحي ومحافظ، ونحو هذه التقسيمات التي تترجم إشكالية تخلي بعض الإسلاميين عن ميزتهم الإسلامية فما عاد ثم معنى لاحتكارهم لاسم ليس له أثر يذكر !
