هذا مختصر في أحكام تكفير أهل الشهادتين خاصة، وهو المسلمون، وأهل القبلة. حرصت فيه على ضبط هذا الباب، مبينا قواعده التي يجب أن ينطلق منها في فهم أحكامه. وقد جعلته أربعة مباحث، تتضمن عددا من المطالب والمسائل: المبحث الأول: إثبات حكم الإسلام للمعين. المبحث الثاني: من دخل الإسلام بيقين لم يخرج منه إلا بيقين. المبحث الثالث: ضابط نقض الشهادتين، ودرجات نقضهما. وتضمن مطلبين: المطلب الأول: ناقض الدلالة اللغوية للشهادتين، مناقضة تكذب لفظ الشهادة بها تكذيبا يقينيا. فهو ناقض يسلب الشهادتين دلالتها اللغوية الصريحة، ويجعلها بلا معناها. وفي هذا القسم تكلمت عن : كفر العناد والاستكبار، وكفر الإعراض، وكفر الشك، وعن تكفير يسب الله تعالى أو رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم أو الإسلام، ومن أهان المصحف، ومن اعتقد ضياع الدين، ومن اعتقد تحريف القرآن تحريفا لا يصحح التدين بالإسلام. والمطلب الثاني: ناقض للشهادتين، لكنه لا يقطع بالنقض، لورود الاحتمال إليه، وذكرت فيه أدلة الإعذار بالجهل. المبحث الرابع: مناطات التكفير: وذكرت فيه مناط التكفير بعدد من المكفرات الخاصة، وهي المكفرات التالية : - إنكار المعلوم من الدين بالضرورة (وتناولت فيه حقيقة قتال أبي بكر رضي الله عنه للمرتدين). - الاستحلال. - ترك الصلاة. - تكفير الصحابة (رضوان الله عليهم). - تحريف المصحف. - اتهام أم المؤمنين الصديقة بنت الصديق عائشة رضي الله عنها بما برأها الله منه. - الحكم بغير ما أنزل الله. - الولاء والبراء والإعانة الظاهرة للكفار على المسلمين. - الشك في كفر الكافر, - السخرية بأهل العلم والصلاح وبحكم فقهي. - السحر. فناقشت هذه المكفرات، وبينت مناط التكفير بها، لكي يعرف طالب الحق متى يحق له التكفير بها، ومتى لا يحق له ذلك.
