Book Description
اننا لو فتحنا القاموس ( الفرنسي لا روس ) ، وتوقفنـا عنـد اسم ابن خلدون ، لقرأنا ما يلي :
« مؤرخ عربي، ولد في تونس ( 1332-1406 ) وخلف كتـابـا ضخها يتضمن مجموعة اخبار عامة مسبوقة بمعلومات تمهيدية ( المقـدمـة ) يعرض فيها فلسفته في التاريخ » .
هذا كل ما نجد ... ولا جرم أن يكون اسمه جد معروف في شمال افريقيا وفي عدد من البلدان العربية الأخرى ، ولكن ، كم من شخص يستطيع أن يتحـدث بدقة عن فكره ؟ ولا يعزى هذا التقصير في نظرنا، الى الاهمال فحسب ، ولكنه يعزى كذلك إلى الاستعمار الذي لم يبذل قصارى جهده لتشويه مضمون المقدمة فقط ولكنه فعل ذلك لتظل هذه المقدمة نفسها مجهولة مغمورة .
وخلاصة القول أن آثار ابن خلدون قد شوهت من جهة ونشرت من جهة أخرى استجابة لرغبات جمـاعـة ضيقة تتألف أساسا من « اختصاصيين » .
ولعل هناك من يرد علينـا قائلا ان نوعـا من الدراسات عن ابن خلدون قد أخذ يزدهر أكثر فأكثر ، خاصة منذ عشر سنوات . والواقع أن دراسات كثيرة عن مؤلفنا توجد اليوم باللغة العربية واللغات الاجنبية ، غير انها لا تشكل ، بالاضافة الى طابعها الجزئي المتحيز، الا أعمالا تعميمية بحتة ، أو أبحاثا جد أكاديمية. وباختصار ، فـان كل من تناول آثار ابن خلدون بـالـدراسـة والشرح ، قد اهتم بمؤلفنا .
ولكن اهتمامه، كان حسب انشغالاته الشخصيـة الـذاتـيـة ـ سواء أكانت هذه الانشغالات ذات طابع مالي أم سياسي - ولم يكن من أجل ابراز أصالة الآثار الموسوعية وبعدها المتعدد الجوانب . وانه لا يمكن لفكر عالمنا الاجتماعي في مثل هذه الآفاق ، الا أن يصاب بالضمور والضعف أكثر مما أصيب من ذي قبل . وعليه ، فان شغلنا الشاغل يتمثل في هذه الدراسة التي تهدف الى الاسهام في اعادة الاعتبار الى المقدمة التي تشكل جزءا ثريا من التراث العلمي والثقافي المغربي
