حاكم عبيسان الحميدي المطيري ولد في الكويت حاصل على الإجازة الجامعية من كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة الكويت سنة 1989 بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف. حاصل على درجة الماجستير بتقدير ممتاز من قسم الكتاب والسنة في كلية الشريعة وأصول الدين بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة سنة 1995 عن أطروحته ( الاختلاف على الراوي وأثره على الروايات والرواة ) . حاصل على دكتوراه فلسفة من قسم الدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة حاكم عبيسان الحميدي المطيري ولد في الكويت حاصل على الإجازة الجامعية من كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة الكويت سنة 1989 بتقدير ممتاز مع مرتبة الشرف. حاصل على درجة الماجستير بتقدير ممتاز من قسم الكتاب والسنة في كلية الشريعة وأصول الدين بجامعة أم القرى بمكة المكرمة سنة 1995 عن أطروحته ( الاختلاف على الراوي وأثره على الروايات والرواة ) . حاصل على دكتوراه فلسفة من قسم الدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة برمنغهام بإنجلترا سنة 2000 عن أطروحته (تحقيق كتاب إحكام الذريعة إلى أحكام الشريعة للسرمري الحنبلي مع دراسة شبهات المستشرقين حول السنة النبوية ومناقشتها) حاصل على الدكتوراه من جامعة القروين بفاس المغرب قسم الفقه تخصص فقه المعاملات سنة 2006 عن أطروحته (تحقيق كتاب مختصر النهاية والتمام لمحمد بن هارون الكناني) بدرجة مشرف جداً، ويعمل الآن أستاذاً مساعداً بقسم التفسير والحديث في كلية الشريعة بجامعة الكويت كما أنتخب أمين عام للحركة السلفية 2000 – 2005 وهو الآن الأمين العام لحزب الأمة 2005 – 2008 في الكويت وأنيم مؤتمر الأمة في مقرة الرئيسي بتركيا.
