ابتسام طالب العبادي؛ كاتبة وقاصة عراقية من بغداد، حاصلة على دبلوم في التربية الإسلامية. وُلد شغفها بالكتابة وتأليف القصص والروايات منذ طفولتها.

Book Description
تحكي هذه القصة عن أخوين، سعدان وحمدان، ورثا أرضين زراعيتين من والدهما، لكن اختلاف طباعهما جعلهما يسلكان طريقين مختلفين. كان سعدان رجلاً محباً للعمل، صبوراً ومهتماً بأرضه، يبذل جهده في رعايتها حتى أصبحت خضراء ومليئة بالخيرات. أما حمدان، فقد استولى الحسد على قلبه، وأصبح يقارن نفسه بأخيه، ويتمنى امتلاك ما يملكه بدلاً من الاهتمام بما لديه. وبمساعدة زوجته الماكرة، حاول تغيير البذور والماء والأرض، معتقداً أن سر نجاح أخيه يكمن في شيء لا يعرفه. لكن المفاجآت التي واجهته قادته إلى اكتشاف حقيقة لم يكن يتوقعها، وهي أن الأرض لا تعطي خيراتها إلا لمن يرعاها ويعمل فيها بإخلاص. فهل يستطيع حمدان التخلص من الحسد والطمع، ويبدأ من جديد؟
هذه الحكاية تحمل رسالة إنسانية وتربوية، تعلمنا أن القناعة كنز، وأن النجاح لا يتحقق بمراقبة الآخرين أو تمني زوال نعمهم، بل بالصبر والاجتهاد والعمل والمحبة.
