خبير تدريس اللغة الانجليزية خريج الأزهر الشريف خبرة 30 عاما في تدريس اللغة الانجليزية ومؤلف لأكثر من سلسلة كتب دينية وانجليزية
You will read in this book (تَقْرَأُ فِي هٰذَا الْكِتَابِ):
First: Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar (The Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar: ) of the Holy Quran: Prepared by a group of elite Tafsir scholars, it provides the interpretation of verses according to the methodology of the Pious Predecessors (Al-Salaf al-Salih) regarding creed. Priority is given to authentic transmitted interpretations over others, limiting citations to the most correct or most probable views, while highlighting Quranic guidance and the objectives of Sharia through the interpretation. You will find the phrasing to be concise and easy, with explanations of strange vocabulary during the interpretation, avoiding excessive detail, lengthiness, and untranslatable terms. It provides the meaning of the verse directly, according to the narration of Hafs from ‘Asim.
Second: Suggested Practical Applications for Quranic Verses: Presented in a simplified preaching style, easy to understand and apply for all segments of the Muslim society, so that we may move from knowledge to action, asking the Almighty for sincerity and acceptance. These are contemporary applications that keep pace with and address modern developments and the technology that has invaded our homes and children, ensuring our entire lives are in accordance with the pleasure of Allah, our Lord. Care has been taken to ensure these practical applications are inspired by the verses and their Al-Tafsir Al-Muyassar: provided above, while ensuring ease of language and avoiding ambiguity or complexity, so they are smooth and accessible for the simple reader, taking into account all the conditions of a Muslim. You will feel as if you are the speaker, the writer, and the reader of these applications. These Suggested Practical Applications have been summarized to be more comprehensive in purpose, closer to implementation, and more conducive to benefit.
Third: Highlighting the importance of acting upon what you have learned from the Holy Quran: On the authority of Sa'd ibn Hisham ibn 'Amir, who said: I came to Aisha and said: O Mother of the Believers, inform me about the character of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. She said: "His character was the Quran. Do you not read the Quran, the words of Allah the Almighty: {And indeed, you are of a great moral character}?"
On the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): "We lived for a period of time where one of us was given faith before the Quran. A Surah would be revealed to Muhammad ﷺ, and he would learn its lawful and prohibited matters, its prohibitions and commands, and what he should stop at, just as you learn the Quran today. I have seen men today who are given the Quran before faith; he reads from its beginning to its end, not knowing its commands, its prohibitions, or what he should stop at, scattering it like the scattering of low-quality dates." (From Al-Sunan al-Kubra by al-Bayhaqi and Qiyam al-Layl by Muhammad ibn Nasr al-Marwazi).
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Indeed, the Quran says: 'I am with you as long as you follow me. If you do not act by me, I will follow you until I seize you at your worst deed.'" (From Qiyam al-Layl by Muhammad ibn Nasr al-Marwazi). On the authority of Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Sulami, who said: "The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ told us that they used to learn the Quran from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and would not exceed ten verses until they knew the knowledge and action contained within them. He said: So we learned the Quran, knowledge, and action all together."
Praise be to Allah, by whose grace righteous deeds are completed. May Allah's peace, blessings, and mercy be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companions.
