عميد سابق لكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية جامعة باتنة -الجزائر (1999-2010) ومدير مخبر حوار الحضارات والعولمة سابقا (2003-2022) وأستاذ التعليم العالي منذ 1998ومتقاعد 2022. تحصل على عدة جوائز وتكريمات في الوطن وخارجه .وشارك في عدة مؤتمرات ومنتديات دولية أهمها : منتدى تحالف الحضارات للأمم المتحدة(UNAOC 2009-2018) من منتدى إسطنبول 2009 إلى منتدى نيويورك 2018... وكان آخرها منتدى الدوحة في ديسمبر 2024 ... وتحصل على جائزة قوزي للسلام العالمي 2013 مانيلا / Award/ Gusi Peace Prize .Manila / والتكريمات عديدة أهمها من الدوحة عاصمة للثقافة العربية 2010 ومن الجزائر ، المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية ، ( الإستمرارية المتجددة : احتفائية بالذكرى العشرين 1998-2010)، ومن المجلس الإسلامي الأعلى في ملتقى دولي 21-23 جوان 2025 رئاسة الجمهورية الجزائرية .
