بغيتنا من هذا الكتاب ان نبين اسرار نهضة مدينة الحلة ابتداءً من دور العلماء من اصل سرياني في التأسيس لهذه النهضة بتتلمذهم على الحسن بن محمد الطوسي في النجف ومن ثم عودتهم الى الحلة حيث تتلمذ عليهم العديد من رواد هذه النهضة من ابنائها. وتلك حالة اعجوبة لسنا نعرف لها شبيهاً في كل تاريخنا الثقافي.
