Book Description
الرواية قراءة في أحداث الأيام الأخيرة قبل سقوط نظام بن علي. حيث احتد الصراع بين الإسلاميين والتجمعيين واليسار، حول أحقية كل طرف في أن يكون صاحب الفضل في ما حدث.
شخصية "الشيخ علي" إمام بجامع سيدي علي المحجوب بمدينة قصور الساف يعيش يتيما ويربيه عمه مع أولاده. يتعرض الشيخ علي في طفولته إلى الاغتصاب ويبقى يعاني ذلك الجرح إلى آخر يوم من حياته. ويحاول أن يعوّضه بعلاقة غرامية مع "حبيبة" التي مات زوجها في غرق سفينة صيد.
الشيخ علي فرّ إلى مدينة القيروان أثناء سقوط النظام ينظم إلى تنظيم سريّ يقوم بتسفير الشباب إلى سوريا .. ليكتشف ذات يوم أن أحد الذين اغتصبوه.. (تجدونه في الرواية).
