التحول هي رواية قصيرة كتبها فرانز كافكا نشرت عام 1915 . من أحد أشهر أعمال كافكا، " و تحكي قصة البائع جريجور سامسا، الذي يستيقظ في صباح أحد الأيام ليجد نفسه قد تحول لسبب غير مفهوم إلى حشرة ضخمة حشرة وحشية ") ويكافح من أجل البقاء. ويحاول التكيف مع هذا الوضع. وقد نوقشت الرواية على نطاق واسع بين نقاد الأدب، الذين قدموا تفسيرات متنوعة. في الثقافة الشعبية وتعديلات الرواية ، حيث يتم تصوير الحشرة عادة على أنها صرصور .
