Professor Parwiz Stanekzai, Son of Mohammad Rasoul Stanekzai, is a Native of Kabul province, Afghanistan. He completed his primary, secondary and higher education in Char Asiab district of Kabul Province. In 1386, He enrolled in university and successfully completed his Bachelor's program after four years, in 1393, He enrolled in a Master's program(law and jurisprudence) and completed it after two years. Fortunately, in 1400, He started his PhD program in private law and is currently a Doctoral student. He published several books and articles, including "Insurance Law," "Principles of Civil Procedure , "Principles of Criminal Procedure" in Dari and Pashto and English languages, and these books are, available on the reputable global platform, Amazon. His articles published in international journals cover topics such as "Judges and Women's Judgments in Islamic Sharia and Afghan Laws," "The Exit Ban and Its Causes in Afghan Laws," "Health Law," "Education and Training of Children in Islamic Sharia and Afghan Law, and "Insurance and Its Legitimacy in Islamic Sharia and Afghan Laws. Furthermore, He is a member of reputable international journals Refaad in Jordan, Also Banking and Insurance Law Journal, Family Law Journal, and Constitutional Law and Principles of Jurisprudence Journal, Emerge Technology and Innovative Research in India .
