رواية أرض الصالحين تتحدث عن هجرة بني قدامة من نابلس إلى دمشق أيام الغزو الصليبي لبلاد الشام . في جبل قاسيون بدمشق أقام بنو قدامة و أنشؤوا قرية صغيرة صارت فيما بعد مدينة تجاور دمشق اسمها الصالحية , ثم اندمجت الصالحية بدمشق و صارت حياً من أحيائها هو ( حي الصالحية ) .
