كتاب قيم جدا وهو مرجع و توثيق اصلى لتاريخ الحياة النيابية فى مصر . ومؤلفة محمد خليل بك صبحى . وهو والدى و قد انعم عليه الملك فاروق برتبة (بك) بعد انتهاء طباعة الكتاب . و المؤلف من ستة اجزاء كبيرة مع جزئين اضافيين تكملة للجزء الخامس و السادس.
رحم الله والدى واسكنه فسيح جناته .
