تتميز هذه الرواية بالتشويق وسلاسة السرد، ومن يبدأ قراءتها لابد ان ينهيها في جلسة واحدة وذلك ان القارىء يتتبع مصير البطل رغم علمه بنهايته المأساوية . وفي غمار ذلك ينقلنا الروائي الدكتور نزيه بدور الى عوالم ساحرة بين ريف الجولان السوري وريف حمص وصولا الى ليبيا. حيث النهاية الحزينة.
