مقرأتش الكتاب كله لكن اللي قرأته فهمت من خلاله ان الكلام دا ما هو الا وجهة نظر بس لكنه كلام غير علمي ومن تجربتي البسيطه اوي في الحياه اقدر اقول ان حتى النصايح اللي بتقدم في الكتاب في منها غير صحيح وممكن يسبب اذى لو حد عمل بالنصايح دي، الكلام دا انا بقوله من باب ان محدش يتضرر من الكتاب لكن انا اكيد ظني في الكاتبة انها لا تقصد الضرر
