كيف يتم الاتفاق مع ايطاليا وهى دولة محتلة أرادت نصف سكان برقة...هذا يعتبر إقرار بحق ايطاليا في ارتكاب هذه الإبادة وترسيخ لقاعدة البقاء الاقوى وليس لحق الشعوب اي قيمة إنسانية أو قانونية.
