الكتاب ملهم جدا للاشخاص الذين اختصاص هم عن الشريعه او القانون و يميزه ان هذا الكتاب شارح كل شي بالتفصيل واكيد لا ننسئ الكاتب و المؤلف حيدر سوادي العبودي الذي ابهرنا في اول كتاب له و اول موسوعه فكريه قدمها لنا و ساعد الكثير من المحامين و القضاة في العراق وننتضر المزيد من المؤلف حيدر سوادي
