الإعصار العكسي في علم الأرصاد الجوية عبارة عن ظاهرة مناخية تشير إلى مناطق الضغط الجوي المرتفع، بحيث تتحرك الريح على شكل دوامي فوق تلك المناطق وذلك مع عقارب الساعة في نصف الكرة الشمالي وعكس عقارب الساعة في نصف الكرة الجنوبي.
