المكوّنات:
- قطعتان من ستيك اللّحم.
- ملعقة كبيرة من زيت الزّيتون.
- ملعقة صغيرة من الثّوم المهروس.
- ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة الوورشستر.
- ملعقة كبيرة من خل البلسميك، أو الخل الأبيض.
- ملعقة صغيرة من الخردل.
- ملعقة كبيرة من صلصة الصّويا.
- ربع ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود.
طريقة التّحضير:
- ضعي الستيك في كيس بلاستيكي قابل للإغلاق.
- اخلطي جميع المكوّنات في وعاءٍ صغير، ثمّ صبّيها فوق الستيك، وأغلقي الكيس، وأدخليه إلى الثلّاجة لمدّة ساعتين على الأقل، ولكن يُفضّل أن يبقى لليوم التّالي.
- ثمّ اشوي الستيك بالطّريقة المُعتادة.
