العميد البحري (بالإنكليزية:Commodore) رتبة ضابط بحري تسبق رتبة عقيد بحري ومقدم بحري، ودون رتبة لواء بحري. تعدّ عموماً أدنى رتب "الأميرال" ، التي أيضا يشار إليها أحيانا باسم "ضباط العلم" أو "رتب العلم". في كثير من القوات البحرية يشار إليها باسم رتبة بنجمتين.
