الشيخ عبد المصطفى السعدي الأزهري من العلماء والباحثين المتخصصين في العلوم الشرعية والدراسات الفقهية، تخرّج في جامعة أنيس المدارس، وهي من المؤسسات العلمية المرموقة في باكستان، وتقع في مدينة سُكَّر بإقليم السِّند. كما حصل على شهادة كلية الشريعة والقانون من جامعة الأزهر الشريف – جمهورية مصر العربية، حيث تلقّى تعليمه على أيدي نخبة من العلماء، وتكوّن تكوينًا أزهريًا رصينًا قائمًا على المنهج العلمي الأصيل.
اشتغل بالتدريس الجامعي، ويعمل أستاذًا في جامعة أنيس المدارس، وله مشاركة فعّالة في الإشراف العلمي والتأهيل الأكاديمي. وهو عضو اللجنة الاستشارية في المنظمة العالمية: دار التحقيقات العالمية، حيث يسهم في تقويم المشاريع العلمية، والإشراف على الأعمال البحثية والتحقيقية المتعلّقة بالتراث الإسلامي والدراسات الشرعية.
تتركّز اهتماماته العلمية في الفقه وأصوله، والتحقيق العلمي للمخطوطات، والدراسات الشرعية المقارنة، والترجمة العلمية. وله جهود علمية متعدّدة في مجالات التأليف والتحقيق، أسهم من خلالها في خدمة النصوص التراثية وفق القواعد المعتمدة في التحقيق الأكاديمي. كما يواصل نشاطه البحثي بصفته باحث ماجستير في الشريعة والقانون، مع عناية خاصة بالقضايا الفقهية المعاصرة وربطها بالمقاصد الشرعية والقواعد الكلية.
يمتاز إنتاجه العلمي بالتحرير المنهجي، والدقة في التوثيق، والالتزام بالمنهج الأزهري الوسطي، مع الجمع بين أصالة التراث ومتطلبات البحث العلمي الحديث، وهو ما يجعل أعماله صالحة للاعتماد الأكاديمي والنشر العلمي المتخصص.

Shaykh Abdul Mustafa Al-Sa‘di Al-Azhari is a scholar and researcher specializing in Islamic jurisprudence and Shariah studies. He is a graduate of Jamia Anis-ul-Madaris, one of the well-established Islamic universities in Pakistan, located in Sukkur, Sindh Province. He also holds a degree from the Faculty of Shariah and Law, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, where he received a rigorous Azharī formation grounded in classical scholarship and sound academic methodology.
He serves as a faculty member at Jamia Anis-ul-Madaris, where he is actively engaged in teaching, academic mentoring, and scholarly development. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Global Organization “Dar al-Tahqiqāt al-ʿĀlamiyyah”, contributing to the evaluation, supervision, and direction of academic and research-based projects related to Islamic studies and classical heritage.
His scholarly interests include Islamic jurisprudence and its principles, critical editing of classical manuscripts, comparative Shariah studies, and academic translation. He has authored, edited, and verified several works across diverse Islamic disciplines, contributing to the preservation and rigorous presentation of Islamic scholarly heritage. He is currently pursuing advanced academic research as a Master’s researcher in Shariah and Law, with particular attention to contemporary legal issues examined through established juristic principles and objectives of Islamic law.
