ديوان من ثلاث مجموعات شعرية يختزل تجربة الشلفي الفنية ورؤيته الفلسفية على مدى عقد ونيف من كتابة الشعر في اليمن، وتتضمن قصائد عن الثورة السلمية والشهداء.
الشاعر الشلفي يبدو أنه أراد أن يقهر عجزه في نسيان عذاباته الحارقة، حين قرر أن يعقد صداقة جديدة مع ماضيه ذاك باستدعائه وجمعه في مكان واحد مع حاضره. ذلك حينما ضمت دفتي الديوان الجديد، الموزع على 160 صفحة من القطع المتوسط، كافة أعماله الشعرية؛ بتحولاته السابقة «تحولات الفتى والمساء»؛ مع جراحاته «جرح آخر يشبهني»، إلى جانب مزاجه الجديد «مزاج حمامة بيضاء ».
