إنّ فترةَ الشبابِ من أفضل أيّام عمر الإنسان، ونعمةٌ مِن أعظم النّعم الّتي سيُسأل عنها يوم القيامة، ففي الحديث الذي رواه الترمذي وحسنه الألباني عن ابن مسعود ـرضي الله عنهـ عن النبي ﷺ قال: «لا تزول قدم ابن آدم يوم القيامة من عند ربه حتى يُسأل عن خمس: عن عمره فيمَ أفناه، وعن شبابه فيمَ أبلاه...» الحديث.
فكان لزامًا علينا أن نُخصّص هذا الإصدار للغوصِ في عمق مشاكل هذا العمر وأهم الصعوبات الّتى تُواجهه، ونُدرج تباعًا لذلك خطواتٍ وحلولًا عمليّة -نسأل الله أن ينفع بها-.
