رواية «وحده الشاطئ يبكي» وهي إحدى الإصدارات الأدبية التي تتناول ببراعة فنية قضايا الانتظار والحنين والفقد، في سرد تتداخل فيه أزمنة الحاضر والماضي، ليشكل لوحة روائية تمزج بين التأمل الفلسفي والعاطفة الإنسانية العميقة.
تدور أحداث الرواية حول شخصيات تعيش في دوامة الحنين إلى الماضي، حيث يختلط الأمل بالخيبة، والحب بالفقد، والواقع بالذاكرة. عبر تفاصيل دقيقة وحوارات مكثفة، يرسم الكوفحي بورتريه نفسيًا لمجتمع تتلاشى فيه الحدود بين الصمت والكلام، وبين الوجود والغياب.
