كانت لدي مجموعة واتساب مكونة من عضوين وهما أنا وأنا أي رقمي الأول والثاني وكنت كلما رغبت في قراءة شيء مضحك ومسلّي أعود لهذه المجموعة .
وبعد ذلك أصبحت لدي مجموعة نصوص كثيرة من هذا الفن الذي اعتبره أحد الفنون الأساسية في الأدب الشعبي فارتأيت أن أجمعها بين دفتي كتاب لعلها تصبح مرجعا للباحث في هذا الفن والمتذوق معا.
ولكونه من الفنون التي رغم عبورها الأزمنة والامكنة الا أنها لا تزال تعيش على الهامش من الثورة المعرفية الحديثة في وطننا العربي او هكذا يبدو لي.
علما بأني جمعتها كما جاءتني عن طريق التداول دون أي تدخّل مني سواء في مواضيعها المتعددة أو في لغتها العامية التي أتت على مختلف اللهجات العربية و دوري هنا لا يتجاوز التوثيق أبدا.
