عمل ديستوبي مثير يدور في مدينة خيالية قمعية تسيطر عليها شركة "نورثا-تك"، حيث يُحكم المواطنون بنظام نقاط الولاء وكاميرات "عيون النظام" وذكاء اصطناعي يُدعى "المراقب". تتبع القصة سارة، الهاكر الشابة ابنة الثائر الشهير "النور"، التي تكتشف وشاحًا أزرق ورمز "الريح" يقودها إلى مقاومة سرية تُدعى "أبناء الريح". وسط ضباب نورثاليا الأسود ونهر الظل الملوث، تكشف سارة أسرار برنامج "الضوء الأبدي" الذي يسرق العقول، وتقود ثورة في 4 مايو لإعادة إحياء "مدينة الأناشيد" القديمة. القصة تمزج التشويق التكنولوجي بالتأمل في الحرية، الخيانة، الذكريات، والتضحية، مع أجواء قاتمة مليئة برموز الريح والأناشيد المحظورة والنضال ضد القمع الشامل.
