ومن العجيب سريان هذه العادات في الخاصة والعامة، وبين أولي العلم والجهلة، فلا تلقى استنكارا ولا تجد تحديا، وهذا إنما يعود إلى قابلية النفوس لتلقي كل جديد يســتهويها، إما لما تجــد فيه من التخلص من المســؤولية وتبعاتها، وإما لما تتصور فيه من راحة بسبب بعدها عن الإلتزام.
