هذا الكتيب يبين الدور الأمني لهيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وذلك من خلال مقدمة، ومحورين، وخاتمة.
ففي المقدمة عرض خطَّةَ البحث وتساؤلاته. وأما المحور الأول: خصَّصه لبيان مفاهيم الأمر والمعروف والمنكر وأهمية كلٍّ منهما في الشَّريعة الإسلاميَّة والضَّوابط والشُّروط التي تتعلَّق بذلك، ثم عرض لواقع هيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر.
وأمَّا المحورُ الثَّاني: فاستهدف منه بيانَ الدَّور الأمنيّ للهيئة، كما تضمَّن البحثُ الإجابةَ على التَّساؤلات التَّالية:
• ما مفهوم الأمن والمعروف والمنكر؟• إلى أيّ مدى كان اهتمام الإسلام بهذا الأمر؟ • ما ضوابط الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر وشروطهما؟ • ما مدى علاقة الهيئة بقضيَّة الأمن؟ • كيف تحقِّقُ الهيئةُ دورَها في إيجاد الأمن الاجتماعيِّ؟ • ما المهامُّ الرئيسة والرَّسميَّة التي تضطلع بها هيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وما علاقتها بكل من الأمن والهيئة؟
