لطفية الدليمي، وهي كاتبة وصحفية عراقية ناشطة في الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة، ولدت في بعقوبة في محافظة ديالى عام 1939، واكملت دراستها في مدارس بغداد، وحصلت على شهادة بكالوريوس آداب في اللغة العربية، وتعتبر من أكبر المدافعات عن حقوق المرأة في العراق.

تعلمتُ من مناجياتي مع كازانتزاكي أن لا أؤمن بالحدود، كان يقول: نواصل الصراع لأننا نحب التفوق لا الخنوع، ويردد: نحن نغني رغم أنه لا وجود لمن يسمعنا، ولا أحد يدفع أجورنا، نكتب لأنفسنا ولا نعمل للآخرين، نحن أسياد بساتين العالم، البستان ملكنا، نحرثه ونشذّب شجره ونجمع غلاله ونعصر أعنابه ونحتسي خلاصة خمرها، بمعنى عندما ننسى الحدود نستطيع فعل المستحيلات، العقل والقلب يقيداننا...
