فرفع الشيخ "عبد الله" بصره نحو السماء قائلاً:
(قل يا عباديَ الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله. إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعاً. إنه هو الغفور الرحيم).
فهتفت "ديانا" بصوت متهدج، وعيناها تمتلئان بدموع سريعة:
"أحقاً يا "عبد الله"؟ أغفورٌ ربك إلى هذا الحد؟ أكريمٌ الله إلى هذا المدى؟".
فجاءها الصوت الهادئ يثلج صدرها:
"نعم. غفور ربي لا يصدّ تائباً صادق التوبة!".
