يهدف هذا المقرر الي تزويد المعرفة حول المفاهيم الاستراتيجية ،واطلاعك علي المفاهيم الأساسية في علم الإستراتيجية ،ويعرفك بعلاقة الاستراتيجية والأمن والسياسة ،والعلاقات الدولية ،ويوضح لك علاقة الاستراتيجية بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي والتفكير الاستراتيجي ، ويشرح لك مفهوم الجيوبولتيك والتحليل الاستراتيجي ، والفكر الاستراتيجي الاسلامي ، ويوضح مفاهيم الاستراتيجية وادارة الأعمال ، ويبين لك بالتفصيل علم المستقبليات.
يتضمن المقرر خمسة وحدات رئيسية تحتوي الوحدة الأولي علي مدخل تمهيدي للاستراتيجية والأمن ، من خلال جوانب مختلفة أهمها : الاستراتيجية والأمن ، والاستراتيجية والسياسة،أما الوحدة الثانية تشتمل علي : الفكر الاستراتيجي ، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي ، أما الوحدة الثالثة فتتناول الجيوبولتيك والتحليل الاستراتيجي ، أما الوحدة الرابعة فتتناول الاستراتيجية وادارة الأعمال والفكر الاستراتيجي الإسلامي ، أما الوحدة الأخيرة فتتناول علم المستقبليات.
