الإنسان يرغب النجاح لمشاريعه ، ولكن للنجاح قواعد وأسس ، وللفشل مهاوِ يسقط فيها المشروع ، لذلك جاء هذا الكتاب ، منارة للشباب الطموح نحو نجاح مشاريعهم ، ندمج بين الحياة العملية والأسس النظرية ، ونتعلّم من قصص الآخرين ، ونأخذ منها العبرة والعظة ......
تم في هذا الكتبين تفنيد نقاط الضعف والتحديات التي قد توصل المشروع الناشئ إلى الفشل، وهي مقسمة إلى تسع نقاط: ينطلق من (1) ضعف التخطيط الاستراتيجي وهو من أمراض مجتمعنا القاتلة، ثم يُعرِّج إلى (2) سوء إدارة المشروع وأهمية الإدارة الصحيحة، ومن ثم ينتقل إلى (3) سوء الإدارة المالية والنقدية والخلط بينهما، ثم يصل إلى (4)العملية التسويقية وما يؤدي فشلها إلى فشل المشروع في تحقيق أهدافه، ثم يُضيء على (5)الخبرة الفنية الضعيفة و (6)سوء إدارة المورد البشري في المشروع ، ثم يُفند الفشل بـ (7)عدم فهم القواعد الرسمية وغير الرسمية في بيئة الأعمال المحيطة بالمشروع، ليُنهي بـ (8) أهمية المسؤولية المجتمعية و (9) الاستدامة كأساس لاستمرار المشروع ونجاحه.
