يتحدث هذا الكتاب عن مسيرة وقصة اليهودي يوسف بن ايليزر، ويسرد لنا الكثير من تفاصيل حياته حيث تشتت أثناء الاحتلال النازي بين عدد من الدول كروسيا وبولندا وغيرهما، وذلك قبل أن يصل إلى مستوطنات الصهاينة في فلسطين. والكتاب كذلك يتطرق لتفاصيل حياته منذ طفولته ودراسته وشبابه وكل ما لاقاه وصولًا لنزوله بمستوطنات فلسطين حيث يلتحق بمنظمات إسرائيلية للدفاع عن بلاده، وغير ذلك من الأحداث، وكذلك يعرض لنا الكتاب بعض أفكاره العقدية حيث ألحد ثم اعتنق المسيحية في النهاية، وكذلك يستعرض لنا أفكاره حول السلام ولماذا لا تعيش البشرية في سلام مع وجود الرغبة في ذلك. وغير هذا من تفاصيل فكرية وعقدية وحياتية عن يوسف بن ايليزر
