Book Description
هذا السفر الجليل الذي ألفه الإمام أبو عوانة رحمه الله ثابت النسبة إليه، دون شك أو ريب، فهو أشهر المُستخرَجات على صحيح الإمام مسلم، وقد تتابع العلماء على نسبته إليه، والنقل عنه، والاستفادة منه، فهو أشهر من أن يُستدل عليه، ولا تكاد تخلو ترجمة للمصنف إلا ويُذكر في مصنفاته هذا المُستخرَج العظيم.
وصف الكتاب ومنهجه:
أما عن موضوع الكتاب؛ فهو "مُستخرَج" وضعه الإمام أبو عوانة على صحيح مسلم، ومعنى المستخرج هو : أن يعمد مصنِّف إلى أحاديث كتاب فيرويها بإسناده من غير طريق صاحب الكتاب، وفي ذلك عدة فوائد ولعل من أهمها : الوقوف على هذه الأحاديث من طريق عالية لم يكن قد وقف عليها صاحب الكتاب، وكذلك الوقوف على زيادات في المتون لم تكن موجودة في الكتاب، وتعيين مبهمات كانت في الكتاب الأصلي ولكنها جاءت مسماة من طريق صاحب المستخرج، وغير ذلك من الفوائد التي نبه عليها أهل العلم.
والمطالع لهذا الكتاب يلمح ما يلي :
1- ذكر المصنف في الكتاب أحاديث كثيرة مستقلة أثناء الأبواب ، لم يخرِّجها مسلم في الصحيح، وقد نبَّه المصنف على كثير منها، وفيها الصحيح والحسن والضعيف والموقوف، وقد نبه على ذلك الحافظان الذهبي وابن حجر رحمهما الله تعالى.
2- قسَّم المؤلف الكتاب إلى كتب فقهية، ثم قسم الكتاب الواحد إلى أبواب، وأورد في كل باب جملة من الأحاديث؛ كما هي عادة الأئمة .
3- بلغ عدد النصوص الواردة بالكتاب (7065) نصًّا مسندًا.
