لطفية الدليمي، وهي كاتبة وصحفية عراقية ناشطة في الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة، ولدت في بعقوبة في محافظة ديالى عام 1939، واكملت دراستها في مدارس بغداد، وحصلت على شهادة بكالوريوس آداب في اللغة العربية، وتعتبر من أكبر المدافعات عن حقوق المرأة في العراق.

ليس هناك أجدر من المرأة للكتابة عن بنات جنسها، وهكذا هي لطيفة الدُّليمي، وقد عادت إلينا بـ "مسرات النساء" نساءً فقدن أزواجهن في الحرب، فكان عليهن مجابهة الذاكرة، ذاكرة كانت في يوم من الأيام حبلى بكل أنواع المشاعر والأحاسيس الرومانسية، مليئة بالحب والطمأنينة، ولكن دائماً يكون للقدر سطوته، وما على نسائها إلا الصبر، فكانت لطيفة تسير بمسراتها بين هذه وتلك، فنسجت حكاياتها بنفس طويل وبدأب مبدعة تحوك منمنماتها في ضوء قنديل عراقي بهي، فيحضر الرجل والمرأة معاً في قصص سارت جنباً إلى جنب مع قصص الحرب، لنعيش معها ومع بطلاتها قلق الموت، والخوف من القادم، وكأنها تقول لنا لا حب في زمن الحرب.
من عوالم مسرات النساء نقرأ: "أيقنت أن قدر الكائنات الأنثوية أن تحقق اختفاءها وتتلاشى وتجتاز خرافة العيش وسط المجزرة وتصدر حكمها الباتر على مصير الرجال الذين سيواصلون العيش كجنس وحيد موكل بالفتك وتدمير الحضارة. يا للخلاص المدمر أن يبقى الذكور وحيدين في ساحة التقاتل محكومين بقدر العقم إلى الأبد، أما نحن النساء فقد تحولنا إلى شعب من الملائكة الخفاف بالرغم من أن الملائكة مخلوقات (...) لا جنس لها ولا رغبات لكننا احتفظنا برغباتنا – فلا مخاوف ولا مصائر فانية بل إندغام كامل في العدم الكوني، هتفت في اضطرابي على الأرض الفناء وللنساء مسرات) ".
عناوين مسرات النساء هي: 1- السيكلوب الأزرق، 2- جياد في الليل، 3- كابوتشينو، 4- سكان الفورمالين.
