بدموعٍ من ماء القصائد الشعرية يصف الكاتب قضية الحب الأزلية في وجدان الإنسانية، ويبرهن الكاتب على أنَّ من الصبابة والجنون تتفجر منابع الفنون؛ فمن مدامع العشَّاق تفرعت ضروب النسيب الواصفة لحرارة الأشواق؛ فأنتجت إرثًا شعريًّا صنعته صَبَوَاتُ العاشقين. وَمَنْ يتأمل موضوعات هذا الكتاب يجد أنَّ قضية الحب هي المُؤَلفةِ لنسيجِ بنائه الناطقة بلغة إبداعه؛ فقد تفنن الكاتب في وصف مذاهب النَّسيب التي تصف شقاء العاشقين عبْرَ صبواتِ الهوى، وتناول أشعار الشعراء الذين تغنوا في أشعارهم بوَجْدِ الحُبِّ وآلام الفراق؛ فلا عجب أن تأتلف من حروف كلمة مذاهب الحب الشعري، ودموع الوَجْدِ الإنساني.
