1 – الثناء على الله تعالى بما لم يثبت في السنة .
2 – ترتيل الدعاء وتكلف السجع .
3 – الإطالة المملة في الدعاء .
4 – التفصيل في الدعاء عن النار والجنة.
5 - التفصيل في الدعاء على الكفار .
6 - النواح والصراخ والصياح .
7 - قول العلماء في الدعاء على عموم الكفار .
8 - صيغة دعاء القنوت الثابت عن رسول الله ﷺ.
