متعہ اسلام كے ابتدائی ادوار میں شرعی مصلحت كے پیش نظر دوران سفر میں كافر عورتوں كے ساتھ مباح تھا اسكے بعد ہمیشہ كیلئے قیامت تك حرام قرار دے دیا گیا جیسا كہ شراب ایك زمانے میں حلال تھی مگر اسكے بعد شریعت نے اسے حرام قرار دیدیا اب شراب نوشی باجماع امت حرام ہے اسی طرح متعہ باجماع امت حرام ہے اس میں دورائے نہیں جو اسكے خلاف ہے وہ اجماع امت كے خلاف ہے. لیكن ان نام نہاد فرقوں میں سے كہ جو اپنی نسبت اسلام كی طرف كرتے ہیں ایك فرقہ ایسا بھی ہے جو متعہ كی حرمت سے انكار كرتا اور اسے حلال قراردیتا ہے- اگر تاریخ اٹھا كر دیكھی جائے تو پتہ یہ چلتا ہے كہ اسلام اور شریعت محمدیہ كی طرف نسبت كرنے والے تمام كے تمام فرق متعہ كی حرمت كے قائل ہیں یہاں تك كہ شیعی فرقوں میں سے بھی تمام فرق متعہ كی حرمت كے قائل ہیں سوائے اثنا عشریہ كے كہ یہ فرقہ اپنی ڈھٹائی كی وجہ سے كسی صورت میں بھی متعہ كی حرمت كو ماننے كیلئے تیار نہیں ہے.زیر مطالعہ كتاب میں انہیں كے باطل شبہات اور جھوٹے اتہامات كا شرعی پوسٹ مارٹم كیا گیا ہے.
