عن الكاتب :
مواليد القاهرة 1979. نشأت بين مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية حيث أتممت مراحل التعليم الابتدائية والثانوية. تلك السنوات شكلت وعيي المبكر، ومنحتني تأسيساً قوياً في الدين الإسلامي وفهماً عميقاً لمعنى أن يعيش الإنسان بفطرة سوية.
تخرجت في كلية الفنون الجميلة عام 2001. الجمع بين دراسة الفن ودراسة الدين علمني أن أرى ما وراء الصورة: أن أبحث عن المعنى المختبئ خلف التفاصيل، وعن الخريطة الحقيقية التي تحرك الإنسان من الداخل.
هذا الكتاب ليس تنظيراً أكاديمياً، ولا خلاصة كتب قرأتها. هو عصارة رحلة شخصية طويلة في فهم النفس البشرية، وفي كشف "البرمجة المسبقة" التي تسرق منا حياتنا الحقيقية دون أن ندري.
كتبته بلغة الصديق، لا بلغة الخبير.
لأننا في الحفرة... نحتاج يداً تشدنا، لا صوتاً يحاضرنا.
