(ما وراء الفقه) موسوعة تتعرض لما وراء الفقه، لا للفقه نفسه. تتألف من عشرة أجزاء بأقسام، تحتوي على مفاهيم واستبدلالات وحسابات تدور حول مسائل فقهية كثيرة تصلح للثقافة الفقهية العامة المعمقة.
تندرج مسائل الكتاب في علوم أو حقول خارجة عن الفقه، والتي تعتبر مجازاً ثانوية في الفقه، لأنها تتضمن إلتفاتاً من داخل الفقه أو صلب العلم إلى ما هو خارج عنه. وعلى هذا تكون أجزاء الموسوعة واضحة في هذا الإرتباط، بالفلسفة واللغة والنحو والمنطق والفلك والفيزياء والكيمياء والطب وعلم النفس وعلم الإجتماع والرياضيات وغيرها من العلوم وكثير من المعلومات العامة التي لا حصر لها.
ومن القواعد الفقهية التي تعرض لها المؤلف منها ما يختص بالعبادات كقاعدة الإمكان في الحيض أو المعاملات كالفرق بين الحق والحكم وقاعدة اليد وغيرها. وعلى هذا فإن الكتاب مقسم كتقسيم كتاب شرائع الإسلام للمحقق الحلي تقريباً مثل : كتاب الطهارة كتاب الصلاة وهكذا إلى آخر الفقه وهو ما جرى على أساس الكتاب.
وأما إرتباطه بالقرآن الكريم نفسه والسنَة السريفة وعلم أصول الفقه فهو إرتباط عضوي لا ينفك إذ لا فقه من دون هذه الثلاثة على الإطلاق كما يشير إلى ذلك المؤلف في مقدمة الموسوعة ويؤكد عليه...
