هذا كتابي الخامس بعون الله أضعه اليوم بين أيديكم لأسلط الضوء ولو بلمحة بسيطة عن بعض تصرفات الدجاج التي قد تبدو غريبة لنا ومنها ما هو طبيعي والبعض الآخر قد يكون علامة لأمراض كثيرة
وأيضا هنالك الكثير من السلوكيات التي لا نعلم عنها شيئا .
إن سلوك وطبائع الحيونات بشكل عام حاز على اهتمام الكثير من العلماء منذ قديم الزمن . وفي وقتنا الحالي حتى أننا لن نستغرب بعد بضعة سنوات الاستفادة الفعلية من سلوكيات الدجاج في معرفة اصابتها بالأمراض أو عدم راحتها في الحظيرة عن طريق الاستعانة بأجهزة الذكاء الاصطناعي أي بمعنى آخر في محاولة للانسان لفهم يا يخبرنا به الدجاج .
وكنا قد درسنا مادة طبائع الحيوان في السنة الثانية في رحاب كلية الطب البيطري في حماة بشقيها العملي والنظري ولكن التركيز كان على الحيوانات الكبيرة في محاولة فهم طباعها وتلافي الخطر الذي يمكن للطبيب البيطري أو للمربي أن يحصل نتيجة التعامل الخاطئ معها .
فماذا عن سلوك وطباع حيوان داجن كالدجاج تكاد المخاطر الكامنة بالتعامل معه لا تذكر
فهل من الترف العلمي أو من غير المهم محاولة فهم سلوكه وتصرفاته ؟
سأترك لحضراتكم الإجابة عن هذا السؤال قبل وبعد قراءة هذا الكتاب فلربما تكون الإجابتين مختلفتين
