هذا منهج عملي للنمو والتدرج في الحياة الروحية يعتمد على ثلاثة مبادئ:
أولا: خطوات عملية. فبعد كل خطوة تجد أمور عملية يجب أن تبدأ في ممارستها إن أردت أن تجد نتيجة ونمو حقيقي، أما إن كان قراءة لمجرد القراءة فستجدها مجموعة قصص مسلية فقط، وتذكر أيضا أن البداية مش كفاية فلابد أن تستمر حتى تصير التدريبات طبيعة حياة.
ثانيا: التدرج. فكل أسبوع يتم قراءة جزء لتطبقه، فقراءة أكثر من جزء يتحول لمجرد قصص، وعدم الاستمرار بشكل منتظم يجعلك تنسى، وأيضا كل خطوة مبنية على الخطوة التي تسبقها فلا ينال الاستفادة الكاملة من يقرأ جزء بشكل عشوائي أو من يبدأ ولا يكمل المجموعة، فيوجد هدف نهائي لن يظهر سوى بإكمال السلسلة، وسترى أثناء الطريق أمور مألوفة بالنسبة لك وأمور أخرى ربما تسمع عنها لأول مرة، فنرجو من كل قلوبنا أن تستمر معنا للنهاية وستجد نهاية سعيدة وهدف نبيل تستحق أن تعيش لأجله.
ثالثا: المتابعة. فيفضل جداً أن يوجد مرشد روحي يتابع معك هذا المنهج بشكل فردى، سواء أب الاعتراف أو خادم روحي، المهم أن يكون له العمق والخبرة الروحية وعاش هذه الأمور وعنده الوقت الكافي لكى يتابعك، وإن لم تجد فاطلب كل يوم من الروح القدس وهو سيرشدك ويعلمك ولكن الموضوع سيحتاج لمجهود أكثر ووعى حتى تسطيع أن تكمل للنهاية، والروح القدس لن يترك أبدا إن طلبته كل يوم بل سيكون معلمك كل الأيام
