الغضب حالة ضعف تعتري ابن آدم وإن بدت له إنها حالة قوة، ولذلك جاء في حديث المصطفى عليه الصلاة والسلام،: "ليس الشديد بالصرعة ولكن الشديد من يملك نفسه عند الغضب". والقوى هو الذي يستطيع إطفاء جذوة غضبه. ومن هنا كان عنوان هذا الكتيب: "لا الغضب جذوة من نار/وهج يشتعل في قلب الإنسان/حالة صارخة تنقل صاحبها من الهدوء إلى الانفعال../ومن الاتزان إلى التهور../ومن الصمت إلى الهذيان.
