لأنك الله:
لا تُقاطع حديثنا عندما نأتي
إليك شاكيين... باكيين،
تتلعثم ألسنتنا بحروف
كلماتنا اليائسة، التي
تحوطها حرقة القلب
مع الأنفاس الهزيلة،
والمحادثات غير الرسمية،
والغير منتظمة.
فتسمع لنا بلا تضجرٍ ولا ملل،
وتغيث على أفئدتنا حنانًا من لدنك،
ولطفًا ورأفةً من نعيم عطاياك.
حينها تتوقف دموعنا،
وتطمئن أنفسنا،
ونشعر بالراحة والرضا لأننا:
أتينا إليك بضعفنا... فكَفيتنا،
ووهبتنا القوة،
وشحنتنا بطاقة الأمل
والتفاؤل الذي،
يتساقط علينا كغيثٍ
روى زرعًا، ضمر واصفرت
أغصانه من
لهيب الشمس،
وجفاف العطش.
لأنك الله:
خلقتنا من طين،
ونفخت فينا من روحك...
لذلك تسمعنا وترانا، في
الوقت الذي لا نستطيع
أن نسمع أو أن نرى فيه
أنفسنا، من ضجيج هذه الدنيا
وبؤسها، وازدحام الأمور
المضنية علينا، والأفكار المتعبة.
