تدور أحداث القصة حول شاب برئ عاش وترعرع في منزل عمه الذي أسند تعليمه إلى أحد المعلمين الذي قام بترسيخ فكر التفاؤل وحسن النية داخله مما عزله عن العالم الخارجي وجعله يتوسم الخير في الجميع ويثق بهم وينظر للحياة بنظرة مشرقة للغاية، وبعد أن اكتشف عمه العلاقة بإبنته الجميلة طرده
