عدنان أوكطار المعروف باسم هارون يحيى هو كاتب وباحث تركي مسلم.
ولد في أنقرة عام 1956 م وعاش فيها حتى عام 1979 م عندما انتقل لإسطنبول حيث التحق بكلية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة المعمار سنان.
وخلال سنواته الجامعية، قام ببحوث مفصلة في الفلسفة المادية والايديولوجية السائدة التي تحيط به، قام بإنشاء مؤسسة البحث العلمي في تركيا.
تركز كتاباته على تفنيد وتكذيب نظريات التطور والارتقاء والنشوء وبيان تناقضها حسب رأيه.
كما يركز في كتاباته أيضا على موضوعات الماسونية والصهيونية والإلحاد.
له أكثر من مئة كتاب حول قيم وأخلاقيات القرأن وحول مواضيع ايمانية عديدة ومختلفة وترجمت إلى العديد من اللغات العالمية واسمه القلمي هارون يحيى، ومن أشهر كتبه كتاب " أطلس الخلق " الذي يقع في 768 صفحة ويتحدث عن رفض نظرية النشوء والارتقاء لداروين، ومن أشهر مؤلفاته: أطلس الخلق.

في هذا الكتاب يتناول هارن يحيى قضية الكفر، ويتحدث عن الدين الحق، ولماذا أنزلت الأديان من البداية ؟ وما أثر الدين على الحياة الاجتماعية ؟ وكذلك يتحدث عن الأثر السلبي للكفر على جسد الإنسان، ويتناول التشبث بقيم الدين وكيف انه يحل جميع المشاكل الاجتماعية، ويتحدث كذلك عن قيمة القرآن وكيف يتمثل الحل لكل المشكلات في هذا الكتاب الكريم، وغير ذلك من المسائل الخاصة بقضيتي الإيمان والكفر والأديان.
