سليم الغمر رجل أعمال قرر أن تكون حفلته الثانوية في قصر يعيش في الظلام، وفجأةً تقابل مع فتاة ظهرت له مِن العدم حيث تبدأ مغامرة البحث عن ماهية هذا القصر وخاصةٍ أوڤيل
نبذة عن رواية: قصر أوڤيل
لا تخشىٰ مِن الظلام؛ لأنه سيصبح مصيرك، ولا تنظر خلفك؛ فَهناك ظل يُراقبك، احتفظ بالمصباح دائمًا؛لأن الشمس لم تُشرق بَعد، وأن ليس كل ما تراه حقيقي، وحاذر مِن الضوء حين تراه؛ فَلم يحين موعد شروق الشمس، انتبه مِن ذلك الظل حين تشعُر به،لا تبحث عن مصدر الظل الذي يتحرك خلفك، فهو ليس انعكاسك... إنه ينتظر لحظة ضعف منك ليأخذ شكلك تمامًا،
وإن بإمكانك الهرب؛ ستعود مهما يكون؛ فَقصر أوڤيل حين يُقفل أبوابه وراء شخص، فَتغيب الشمس ويحل محلها ظلام أوڤيل.
هناك لحظة يمر بها كل من دخل قصر أوڤيل، لحظة يدرك فيها أنه لم يدخل المكان، بل استُدرج إليه، وأن كل شيء حدث قبل أن يصل، كان مجرد مقدمة.
وإن ظننت أن قصر أوڤيل تركك… فانتظر، لأنه لا يُخطئ العودة."
