كنا نظن أن قضية الفوائد الربوية وحكمها في الشريعة الإسلامية قد أصبحت من الأمور المحسومة والبديهيات المسلمة، وخاصة بعد صدور الفتاوى المتكررة بتحريمها من المجامع العلمية الفقهية، والمؤتمرات الإسلامية المتخصصة، والتي جمعت بين أهل الفقه وعلماء الشريعة من جهة، وبين علماء الاقتصاد وخبراء المعاملات المصرفية من جهة أخرى. ولكن للأسف الشديد أثيرت هذه القضية مؤخراً من جديد وحاول البعض إحياء الشبهات القديمة ذاتها من قبورها. وكان هذا الكتاب القيم من أهم الدراسات العلمية الجادة التي تصدت لهذه الشبهات وقامت بتنفيذها واحدة بعد أخرى بالدليل والبرهان.
