وهو ما حدا بالكثير من الكتاب المعاصرين إلى العودة لقراءة النصوص الأدبية الأوروبية في لغتها الأصيلة والولع والافتتان بها، مما جعلهم ينبهرون بهذه العوالم في هذا المجال الحكائي، ومن هنا جاءت الحاجة إلى نقل هذه الأشكال السردية إلى أدبنا العربي الحديث بنفس الأشكال والأطر المعمول بها في هذه الآداب، مع الاحتفاظ بالقيم العربية الأصلية.
