يا الهي / والزمن ما به ضمان
لو تبسّم لك وحطّك رمْش عين
ياخذك كفّه الى اللا حنان
ويتعاظم في مساحاتك حنين
لا تقدّم سفن عمرك للرهان
يبعد الشطآن ويضيع السفين
ها انا واقف على بر الامان
من ليال ومن شهور ومن سنين
للسعاده امتطي صهوة حصان
والاناسه ثوبها فوقي يزين
ما دريت انّي هدف راس السنان
لين ما كبدي توسّطها السنين
واستويت ابلا زمان ولا مكان
في حدودي ما تحرّك خطوتين
كالحسافه من بعد فوت الاوان
احسب الايام والايام وين
ما يفرّجني سوى صوت الاذان
ان سمعته من قلوب المسلمين
وامتثل له مثلما طوع البنان
ويتخالط مع سجودي دعوتين
